Do you want to spend a year focusing on an idea? The converted fire station offers flexible workspaces – awarded on an annual basis – for up to six start-ups, spin-offs and young companies. Currently, 4QT, BTRY, LAYERƎD, Levron Dynamics and Sanetics AG are benefiting from this opportunity. These five companies impressed r the jury and are working from the Büro Züri Innovation Park in 2024.

## Start-ups Take Off from Büro Züri

**Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) runs a little house full of innovation on the SIPZ campus.**   
Büro Züri distills the essence of the Innovation Park into a small but vibrant space. The converted fire station offers flexible workspaces – awarded on an annual basis – for up to six start-ups, spin-offs and young companies. Currently, 4QT, BTRY, LAYERƎD, Levron Dynamics and Sanetics AG are benefiting from this opportunity. These five companies impressed the jury and are working from the Büro Züri Innovation Park in 2024.
