Foundation

Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich is part of the "Switzerland Innovation" network and the Foundation Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich serves a public, non-profit purpose: to drive the Zurich region’s innovation strength. Established in 2015 by the Canton of Zurich, ETH Zurich, and Zurich Cantonal Bank, the Foundation today also counts the University of Zurich, Empa, the cities of Dübendorf and Zurich, and business representatives among its supporters.

The Foundation focuses on two core areas:

  • Strategic leadership and project oversight for affiliated institutions.
  • Innovation promotion through active ecosystem networking, including engaging scientific and economic players beyond the park. Concrete projects and platforms are created to deliver impact across defined focus areas.
