The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is a large, space-based observatory set to revolutionize our understanding of the universe. It boasts advanced technology to study the formation of stars, galaxies, and planetary systems, as well as to investigate the potential for life on planets beyond the solar system (exoplanets). It was launched in 25th of Dec. 2021, it operated primarily in the infrared spectrum, offering unprecedented insights into our universe.
